Windows Version

Support for the MiniClient is available for the following Windows versions:

  • Windows 10

The client is available in 64 and 32 bit versions.

Download Client

Provision Files

  • Unpack the files to the desktop.
  • Or, if using a network folder, unpack herein Network.

Configure Portal URL

In the conf folder open the file ACDMiniClient.xml with an editor. The setting BasePortalURL

must be configured to the fqdn of the webserver or load balancer. An IP-Adress can also be used. See screenshot

Updating After Version 2.27

  • Download the clientsclient, see Download Mini-Client.
  • Unpack and place on the desktop. If a network folder is used for central distribution, copy the files to this folder.
  • Start MiniClient.exe
  • Import the old configuration (right mouse click on the title bar and select "Import ACDMiniClient.config". Select the old configuration file.
  • Close the client.
  • Start Restart the client.

Download des Clients

Dateien bereitstellen

  • Die Datei Entpacken und auf Desktop ablegen.
  • Bei der Inbetriebnahme über das Netzwerk im Netzwerkordner ablegen und Verknüpfungen bereitstellen.

Wichtig: Portal URL anpassen

Zumindest folgende Einstellung muss getätigt werden:

  • In den Ordner conf die Datei ACDMiniClient.xml mit einem Editor öffnen.
  • Die Einstellung BasePortalURL muss auf die IP oder fqdn des Webservers bzw. des Load Balancers verweisen. Siehe Screenshot.


  • Die Einstellung wird wie folgt aufgebaut:

    http://IP-Adresse/mclogin/resellerUID/clientsUID/

    Diese Einstellungen lauten wie Ihre Login Daten für das Portal.

  • Der MiniClient ist nun ausführbar.

  • Herunterladen des Clients
  • Entpacken und auf Desktop ablegen. Falls Netzwerkordner zur Zentralverteilung verwendet werden, dann die Dateien hier hinein kopieren.
  • MiniClient.exe ausführen.
  • Konfiguration übernehmen mit Rechtsklick auf die Orange Leiste und "Importieren aus einem alten ACDMiniClient.config" wählen. Dann die alte Konfigurationsdatei wählen.
  • Mini-Client Beenden.
  • Mini-Client neu starten.
