Introduction
The Mini Client download is provided through the jtel cdn.
Support for Mini Client version 3.02 begins from portal version 3.22. If your portal version is below 3.22, the most recent version of Mini Client version 2 should be used.
To find out your portal version, consult your system administrator or service provider.
System Administrators can find out the portal version as follows.
- Logged into the portal as a system administrator
- Navigate to "Menu → System Settings → Parameters"
- Insert "Portal.Version" into the filter
- The portal version is shown in the field "value"
Prerequisites
The following libraries must be installed:

Drivers:
