This tab shows two tables. The top table Inboxes shows your the inboxes status. It contains the following information.
Name | The ACD-Group connected to E-mail box. |
Number | The ACD-Group number connected to E-mail box. |
Inbox | The inbox name. |
The public E-mail address. | |
| Total | The E-mails total. |
| Received | The received E-mails count. |
| Answered | The answered E-mails count. |
| Unqulaified | The E-mails count under processing. |
Calls
This tab shows you details of all calls which were processed in the ACD group.
The table shows all calls available to the system. See Supervisor and Wallboard Content.
