Campaign

Name of the organisation campaign. It is organized in master and sub campaigns.

Master Campaign(s)

Name of the campaign used to organise dialler agents by work topic. Not to be confused with sub campaigns that are used to organise dialler contacts to be called.

Group Names (s)Name of the ACD group which is associated with the master campaign.
Group Number(s)Service number of the ACD group which is associated with the master campaign.
Contacts TotalNumber of contacts to be called during this organization campaign.
Contacts Not DoneNumber of contacts not yet called.
Contacts in ProgressNumber of contacts being called.
Contacts DoneNumber of contacts successfully reached since the beginning of the campaign. These contacts will no longer be called by the dialler.
Calls Aborted TotalNumber of calls that could not be reached since the beginning of the campaign because the contact numbers were incorrect.
Calls Aborted Today Number of calls that could not be reached today.
Calls Aborted Today % (WIP)Number of calls that could not be reached today.
Calls Busy TotalNumber of calls that could not be reached since the beginning of the campaign because the contact line was busy.
