The network IVR can manage lists of values. These can be used as a type of database. Every record contains up to 4 values. A record, that represents a customer, could contain the Customer Number, Name and Telephone Number. Note - that what the records actually contain - is down to your design and choice. Lists are created by accessing the function System Settings - Lists in the main menu. You will see a view of the existing lists. Use New to create a new list. Use Edit and the Entries tab to see the data contained in the list. A detailled description can be found in the Lists section in the administration chapter. Ein Datensatz, der einen Kunden repräsentiert, kann so z.B. Kundennummer, Name und Telefonnummer enthalten. Beachten Sie, dass der tatsächliche Inhalt der Datensätze von Ihrem Design und Ihrer Wahl abhängt. Listen legen über Systemeinstellungen — Listen im Hauptmenü an. Sie sehen die vorhandenen Listen. Mit Neu legen Sie eine neue Liste an. Über Bearbeiten und den Reiter Einträge füllen Sie die Liste mit Datensätzen zu jeweils maximal 4 Werten. Le réseau IVR peut gérer des listes de valeurs. Celles-ci peuvent être utilisées comme un type de base de données. Chaque enregistrement contient jusqu'à 4 valeurs. Un enregistrement, qui représente un client, pourrait contenir le numéro du client, son nom et son numéro de téléphone. Notez - que ce que les registres en fait contenir - dépend de votre conception et de votre choix. Les listes sont créées en accédant à la fonction Paramètres du système - Listes dans le menu principal. Vous verrez une vue des listes existantes. Utiliser Nouveau pour créer une nouvelle liste.
