To edit a routing application use the function Routing - Routing Applications in the main menu and click on Edit in the table of applications. You will be shown the table of versions of the particular application. The table shows some status data on each particular version. For every version the following actions are available: Active - activates the selected version of the application, callers will access this application when calling the system. Test - sets the selected version of the application as the test application, callers from the Test CLI will access this application when calling the system. This is a useful feature enabling programmers to modify a running application. The modified application can be tested without using a separate service number. All other callers will access the active version of the application. Edit - opens the graphical editor for this version. Editing a routing application always involves versioning. Depending on the system configuration, some application types have no parameters and cannot be edited. Counter Statistics - opens the graphical editor and displays the counter statistics for the application using red counters in each object. Counter Reset - resets the counters for the application. Detail Statistics - shows the counter statistics for a particular interval defined in a popup window which is displayed when the function is selected. The results can alternatively be downloaded as a CSV file. Master Data — shows the master data. Delete - deletes this application or version. Using the tab Master Data you can change the name of the application and the Test CLI (used to access the test version of the application). |

Zum Bearbeiten einer Routingapplikation wählen Sie im Hauptmenü Routing — Routingapplikationen und klicken Sie in der Zeile der gewünschten Applikationen auf Bearbeiten. So gelangen Sie zur Tabelle der Versionen dieser Applikation. Die Tabelle zeigt einige Statusdaten zu den einzelnen Versionen an. Für jede Version stehen Ihnen folgende Aktionen zur Verfügung: Aktiv — Akiviert die Version, d.h. bei Anruf wird dieser Ablauf durchgeführt. Test — Setzt die Version als Testapplikation, d.h. bei Anruf von der definierten Testrufnummer wird dieser Ablauf durchgeführt. Dies ist nützlich, wenn Sie eine laufende Applikation modifizieren und den geänderten Ablauf zunächst ausprobieren möchten. Bei allen anderen Anrufer wird die aktive Version ausgeführt. Bearbeiten — Öffnet den grafischen Editor für diese Version. Das Editieren einer Routingapplikation erfolgt immer anhand der Version. Einige Applikationstypen, abhängig von Ihren Systemvorgaben, haben keine modifizierbaren Parameter und können daher nicht bearbeitet werden. Zählerstatistik — Öffnet den grafischen Editor und zeigt mittels einer roten Zahl im Routingobjekt die Anzahl der Durchläufe durch das Objekt an. Zähler Reset — Setzt die Zähler auf Null zurück. Detailstatistik — Zeigt im Editor eine Statistik für einen Zeitraum an, den Sie in einem Pop-up-Fenster definieren können. Das Ergebnis kann alternativ auch als csv-Datei geladen werden. Stammdaten — Zeigt die Stammdaten an. Löschen — Löscht diese Version. Über den Reiter Stammdaten können Name und Testrufnummer (von der aus die mit Test gekennzeichnete Version erreicht wird) geändert werden. |
