The IVR system comprises routines which are executed according to defined rules. The core of this are routing applications.
A routing application comprises the call flow (routing), parameters and master data and also is used to access statistical data (counters). Additionally, a detailled log on the execution of the application is created per call.
Choose Routing - Routing Applications in the main menu to view the table of available applications.
In the list of applications the following actions are available:
Edit - opens the version control for this application. Editing a routing application always involves versioning.
Counter Statistics - opens the graphical editor and displays the counter statistics for the application using red counters in each object.
Counter Reset - resets the counters for the application.
Detail Statistics - shows the counter statistics for a particular interval defined in a popup window which is displayed when the function is selected. The results can alternatively be downloaded as a CSV file.
Active - sets the selected version of the application active, callers will access this application when calling the system.
Test - sets the selected version of the application as the test application, callers from the Test CLI will access this application when calling the system. This is a useful feature enabling programmers to modify a running application without using a separate service number. All other callers will access the active version of the application.
Master Data — shows the master data.
Delete - deletes this application or version.
