Windows Version

Support for the MiniClient is available for the following Windows versions:

  • Windows 10
  • Windows 11

The client is available in 64 and 32-bit versions.

Download Client

Provision Files

  • Unpack the files to the desktop.
Warning

Distribution of the Mini Client using a network folder is not advised. If problems occur, please test if a locally installed instance of the mini client will solve any issues.


Configure Portal URL

  • In the conf folder open the file ACDMiniClient.xml with an editor.
  • The setting BasePortalURL must be configured to the fqdn of the webserver or load balancer. An IP-Adress can also be used. See screenshot:

  • Décompressez les fichiers sur le bureau.
Warning

Il est déconseillé de distribuer le mini-client à l'aide d'un dossier de réseau. En cas de problème, veuillez tester si une instance du mini-client installée localement peut résoudre les problèmes.


Configurer l'URL du portail

  • Dans le dossier conf, ouvrez le fichier ACDMiniClient.xml avec un éditeur.
  • Le paramètre BasePortalURL doit être configuré sur le fqdn du serveur web ou de l'équilibreur de charge. Une adresse IP peut également être utilisée. Voir la capture d'écran:

  • Téléchargez le client, voir Download Mini-Client.
  • Déballez et placez sur le bureau. Si un dossier de réseau est utilisé pour la distribution centrale, copiez les fichiers dans ce dossier.
  • Démarrer MiniClient.exe
  • Importez l'ancienne configuration (cliquez avec le bouton droit de la souris sur la barre de titre et sélectionnez "Importer ACDMiniClient.config". Sélectionnez l'ancien fichier de configuration.
  • Redémarrer le client
