Widget This integration embed embeds the jtel MiniClient into SAP solution C4C as a widget, which provides a unified call handling experience.

The SAP administrator would have needs to maintain configure the widget configuration for Live Activity in SAP.

Procedure

  • Go to Administrator ... Service and Social ... Communication Channels ... Live Activity Configuration.


  • In the Live Activity Configuration screen, in the <Provider> field dropdown select External Provider.
  • Choose Other under <CTI Vendor> field.
  • Enter jtel in the <Provider ID> field andfield 
  • enter Enter the MiniClient login URL (https://jtel-server/CarrierPortal/mclogin/reseller-uid/client-uid) in the <Provider URL> field.
  • It is recommended to put 600 as Height (px) and 400 as Width (px).


  • Make sure to select the Display Provider Control flag.
  • Choose Save and Close when finished.

The login page should be displayed as follows (only the user and password will be displayed, as the reseller and client are coded in the provider URL).

L'intégration du widget intègre le widget jtel MiniClient dans la solution SAP, qui offre une expérience unifiée de traitement des appels.

L'administrateur SAP devrait maintenir la configuration du widget pour Activité en Direct.

Procédure

  • Aller à Administrateur Service et social Canaux de communication Configuration d'Activité en Direct.

  • Dans l'écran de configuration de l'activité en direct, dans le menu déroulant du champ <Fournisseur>, sélectionnez Fournisseur externe. Choisissez Autre sous le champ <CTI Vendor>. Entrez jtel dans le champ <Provider ID> et
    entrez l'URL de connexion du MiniClient (https://jtel-server/CarrierPortal/mclogin/reseller-uid/client-uid) dans le champ <L'URL du fournisseur>.
  • Il est recommandé de mettre 600 comme la hauteur (px) et 400 comme Largeur (px).

  • Veillez à sélectionner le drapeau Contrôle du fournisseur d'affichage.
  • Choisissez Sauvegarder et fermer une fois terminé.

La page de connexion doit être affichée comme suit (uniquement l'utilisateur et le mot de passe).
