Here you can define Service Number Status values, which can be associated with service numbers. The status controls the availability of the service number. Numbers which are not available, cannot be called (busy will be signaled). The status of a service number can also be used in rules of a routing plan to define what rules should apply.

Choose Number Management - Service Number Status in the main menu, to view the table of service number status values.

Use New in the toolbar to create a new service number status value. Entries can be changed by selecting Edit in the Action column. Provide the following information:

Name

The name of the destination number status value

Available

Check this option, if the number should be available when it has this
status. If this option is not set, calls to the number will be rejected.
