Function
This object is used to opt the caller into subsequent recordings in the ACD before entering the ACD group.
Routing a call through this object will have the same effect as if the caller executed the opt-in by DTMF in the ACD group itself.
DSGVO AND LEGAL WARNING
CAUTION: The use of this object will override any "opt-in" and "opt-out" settings within the ACD group. Using this object without providing the relevant announcements and choices in the IVR call-flow could lead to non DSGVO conformity or in some countries even illegal recording activity by your organisation.
