Columns
The following columns are provided.

Call Marker - Name | The name of the call marker. |
ACD Group - Configuration Group | The name of the configuration group. |
ACD Group - Agent Group | The name of the agent group. |
ACD Group - Quantity / Sum | The amount of time the current call marker was set by the agents. |
Call Duration - Total | The total duration need by the selected agents to set this call marker. |
Call Duration - Average | The average duration need by the agents to set this call marker. |
