This page provides a glossary containing further information to some commonly used terms regarding the o-byte jtel Starface PBX integration

Term StarfaceTerm jtelExplanation
Starface Userjtel UserA Starface User may be automatically imported to jtel, resulting in the creation of a jtel user.
Login-IDUsersUIDThe Starface Login-ID and jtel UsersUID is used as a unique ID across the two systems. For example. when a Starface User is created, a unique Login-ID will be assigned. This Login-ID along with the name and other information is then transmitted to jtel. The jtel UsersUID will be set to the Starface Login-ID upon automatic creation of the jtel user.
LOGGED_OUTCalls and MediaA LOGGED_OUT Event can be sent from the Starface to jtel and may be interpreted by jtel to change a users agent-status. Depending on the setting in the system parameters, the user will either be logged out of the jtel ACD, or the event will be ignored. LOGGED_INLogged OffA LOGGED_IN Event can be sent from the Starface to jtel and may be interpreted by jtel to change a users agent-status.
