Introduction
Some additional configuration can be made to futher influence the behaviour of the jtel Portal when the Starface PBX is being used. The configuration is found in the ACD parameters
Automatic User Import
Users can be automatically imported from the Starface. The following parameters influence the import procedure.
General Parameters

Starface Specific Parameters

Portal.WebServices.Starface.IgnoreUserDeletes | 1 | Set this to 1, if user deletions from the STARFACE should not be propagated to jtel. |
Portal.WebServices.Starface.IgnoreUserSecurity | 1 | Set this to 1, if changes to user security (updates on user to the admin flag) in the STARFACE should not be propagated to jtel. |
Portal.WebServices.Starface.IgnoreUserStatus | 1 | Set this, if login status messages from the STARFACE should be ignored. |
Portal.WebServices.Starface.SessionExpireSeconds | 300 | The number of seconds until the STARFACE external session expires. |
Portal.WebServices.Starface.UserPasswordSetUID | 1 | Set this to 1, if when a user is created, the password should be set to the UID syncrhonised from the STARFACE. If unset (0) a random password is set which must be changed manually by the administrator. |
