Client Master Data
The next step is to configure access to the CRM+ system in the jtel portal.
Access the Client Master Data settings, and switch to the tab CRM+.
The following data is required:
| Setting | Explanation |
|---|---|
| CRM+ URL | The URL of the CRM+ system including the suffix to the REST API. For example: https://mycompany.brain-app.com/webservice.php |
| User Name | The user login name of the CRM+ account to be used by the jtel system. |
| Access key | The access key retrieved as described here: CRM+ First Steps |
