This report displays incoming emails and their values for each incoming mailbox. The report is structured in the style of the itemized bill of lading.
Settings of the report
In addition to the standard settings "Output format" and "Period", the following additional settings are available

| Incoming Inbox | Time at which the event was received in the inbox |
| Incoming ACD group | Time at which the event was received in the ACD group after it was qualified and distributed by the Inbox |
| Agent Delivered | Time at which the event was distributed to an agent |
| Agent Answered | Time at which the agent sent a response to the event |
| File Reference | Name of the email file located in the data directory |
| Transfered Agent Time | Time at which the agent forwarded the event, followed by the agent to which the event was forwarded |

| Transfered Group Time | Time at which the agent forwarded the event, followed by the group to which the event was forwarded |
