Call up jtel Portal with a browser to log in. You need a user account to login to the system. Enter the id of the client account (for example the name of your call center), your user id and password. You will then see the home screen. The main menu on the left side of the screen is used to access important functions which have been assigned to your account. Please note the comments regarding Roles and Rights and Login. Log out by using the Logout link.

To work as an agent, you need to provide a status category and a telephone number at which you will be available. In the status bar you can see your current status. Example:


To actively work in the ACD, you need to change to a status category, in which calls will be offered to you. Click on “Logged Off” to change your status. Choose a suitable status and a telephone number and confirm your choice using OK. You can see, that the status in the toolbar has changed: Your chosen status and telephone number are shown.
