Conventions
Some of the following commands will contain a password. Such commands are specified like this for extra clarity:
CAUTION PASSWORD
command <password>
These commands should first of all be pasted into an editor and modified before running them.
Note, you may wish to not provide the password to the command in clear-text for security reasons. In this case, modify the command appropriately before issuing it.
