Introduction
The jtel REST API is designed to replace the SOAP API, currently available in releases up to and including the current release.
The SOAP API will no longer be actively developed, but will continue to be supported for customers with a maintenance contract.

The REST API is split up into several parts, and documentation will be provided as the APIs are released over the coming months.
