Introduction

Being logged out of the jtel ACD automatically happens when the TCP web-session with the webserver is closed. This disconnect can occur for a couple of different reasons.

Disconnect

After 30 minutes of inactivity, the web-session is disconnected. When you access the browser tab again, you will be redirected to the login-page and prompted to log in again.

Defaults

The default session-timeout for inactivity is 30 minutes. This default can not be changed.

Browsers

Some browsers, for example Microsoft Edge, have a feature that will put an unused browser tab into standby mode after a certain time. This standby feature causes the jtel webserver to prematurely close the websession because of TCP-Stream inactivity. This feature should be disabled if you wish to remain logged in to the jtel ACD.
