Name | Description | Criteria Used |

Campaign | Name of the organisation campaign. It is organized in master and sub campaigns. See also Campaigns | |
Master Campaign(s) | Name of the campaign used to organise dialler agents by work topic. Not to be confused with sub campaigns that are used to organise dialler contacts to be called. See also Campaigns | |
Group Names (s) | Name of the ACD group which is associated with the master campaign. | |
Group Number(s) | Service number of the ACD group which is associated with the master campaign. | |
Contacts Total | Number of contacts to be called during this organization campaign. | |
Contacts Not Done | Number of contacts not yet called. | |
Contacts in Progress | Number of contacts being called. | |
Contacts Done | Number of contacts successfully reached since the beginning of the campaign. These contacts will no longer be called by the dialler. | |
Calls Aborted Total | Number of calls that could not be reached since the beginning of the campaign because the contact numbers were incorrect. | |
Calls Aborted Today | Number of calls that could not be reached today. | |
Calls Aborted Today % (WIP) | Number of calls that could not be reached today. | |
Calls Busy Total | Number of calls that could not be reached since the beginning of the campaign because the contact line was busy. | |
