Routing plans are used to activate different routing applications on a service number.

An example scenario might be:

• Between 09:00 and 18:00, calls should be routed to your call center. You have programmed a routing application called Call Center Application for this purpose.
• On Saturdays, you have an external service provider between 10:00 and 14:00 who answers your calls. During this time, calls should be routed to that destination. For this, you have programmed an application Routing to Service Provider.
• At all other times (also in the evening), a voice mail should be recorded. You have programmed a routing application called Voice Mail for this purpose.

Mit Routingplänen können Sie zu verschiedenen Zeitpunkten unterschiedliche Routingapplikationen auf einer Servicerufnummer aktivieren.

Ein Beispielszenario könnte so aussehen:

• Zwischen 09:00 und 18:00 sollen Anrufe auf Ihr eigenes Callcenter verteilt werden. Hierfür haben Sie eine Routingapplikation erstellt namens Call Center Applikation.
• Am Samstag beschäftigen Sie zwischen 10:00 und 14:00 Uhr einen externen Dienstleister, der für Sie die Anrufe entgegennimmt. In dieser Zeit sollen Anrufe dort hin geroutet werden, hierfür haben Sie eine Applikation Routing an Externen Dienstleister erstellt.
• Zu allen anderen Zeitpunkten (also abends und nachts) soll eine Voice-Mail aufgezeichnet werden. Hierfür haben Sie eine Applikation Voice-Mailerstellt.

Les plans de routage sont utilisés pour activer différentes applications de routage sur un numéro de service.

Un exemple de scénario pourrait être:

• Entre 9h00 et 18h00, les appels doivent être acheminés vers votre centre d'appel. Vous avez programmé à cet effet une application d'acheminement appelée Call Center Application .
• Le samedi, vous avez un prestataire de services externe entre 10h00 et 14h00 qui répond à vos appels. Pendant cette période, les appels doivent être acheminés vers cette destination. Pour cela, vous avez programmé une application Routage vers le fournisseur de services.
• À tout autre moment (même le soir), un message vocal doit être enregistré. Vous avez programmé à cet effet une application de routage appelé Voice Mail .
