Web Messages are used, to send information to ACD groups and agents.

To send a message, use the table of web messages which can be viewed using ACD - Web Messages.

To create a web message, access ACD - Web Messages in the main menu and click on New in the toolbar. Provide the following information:

Groups

Choose the ACD groups whose agents should receive the web message.

Agents

Choose the agents who should receive the web message.

Deactivated

Select this option to deactivate the display of the message. You can
prepare messages and then display them at a later time by activating them.

Display from/to

Select the time during which the message should be displayed.



Type

When the message is opened, it’s type can be seen. Icons are used
to depict different message types. The following types are available:

Information - blue icon

Warning - yellow symbol

Stop - red symbol

Subject

Enter a subject for the message (this will be displayed to users)

Message

Enter the text of the message

After entry click on Save. You will return to the overview table of the web messages.

If a message is active, it will be displayed on the agent’s browsers. The agent is informed of a waiting web message by a blinking symbol in the toolbar.

Use Edit to change the message.

Deaktiviert

Wählen Sie diese Option, um die Anzeige der Meldung zu
deaktivieren. Sie können Meldungen vorbereiten und dann zum
gegebenen Zeitpunkt anzeigen lassen, indem Sie die Meldung
aktivieren.

Anzeigen von/bis

Auswahl eines Zeitraums, in dem die Meldung gezeigt werden soll



Typ

Nach dem Öffnen der Message ist eine Kennzeichnung der
Message sichtbar. Die Message-Typen werden als Icons
angezeigt. Folgende Typen sind verfügbar:

Information — blaues Symbol

Warnung — gelbes Symbol

Stop — rotes Symbol

Betreff

Eingabe eines Betreffs (wird angezeigt)

Nachricht

Text der Nachricht

Nach der Eingabe klicken Sie auf Speichern. Sie kehren zur Tabelle der Nachrichten zurück.

Wenn die Meldung aktiv ist, wird Sie sofort bei den betroffenen Agenten sichtbar. Der Agent wird hierüber in der Toolbar mit einem blinkenden Symbol informiert.

Über Bearbeiten können Sie Daten ändern.

Pour créer un message web, accédez à ACD - Messages Web dans le menu principal et cliquez sur Nouveau dans la barre d'outils. Fournissez les informations suivantes :

Type

Lorsque le message est ouvert, son type peut être vu. Les icônes sont utilisées

Sujet

Entrez un sujet pour le message (celui-ci sera affiché aux utilisateurs)

Message

Saisissez le texte du message

Après l'entrée, cliquez sur Sauvegarder. Vous reviendrez au tableau récapitulatif des messages web.

Si un message est actif, il sera affiché sur les navigateurs de l'agent. L'agent est informé de l'existence d'un message web en attente par un symbole clignotant dans la barre d'outils.

Utilisez Modifier pour modifier le message.
