Pager Rows

Amount of Pager Rows in the menu Agent and Supervisor

Start Time Supervisor

Here you can adjust the date of data to be aggegated shown in the
table of the Supervisor (field “Statistics since”). The setting which you
select here, will become the default setting which the system will use
after the login. The time can be changed during the operation. The
default setting is 00:00.

Amount Column Wallboard

Amount of the wallboard columns which can be used for each group.

Display current calls on the Wallboard.

Set this option, if a table of the current calls should be displayed at
the end of the Supervisor Wallboard.
This setting option is only available if it was configured for you.

Beginn Zeit Supervisor

Hier können Sie einstellen, ab wann die Tabellen des Supervisors
(Bereich "Statistik seit") die Daten aggregieren. Die Einstellung, die Sie
hier wählen, wird die Standardeinstellung, die nach dem Anmelden am
System genutzt wird. Die Uhrzeit kann aber während der Arbeit
verändert werden. Die Standardeinstellung ist 00:00.

Anzahl Spalten Wallboard

Anzahl der Wallboard-Spalten, die für jede der Gruppen verwendet
werden sollen

Aktuelle Anrufe auf Wallboard anzeigen

Aktivieren Sie diese Option, wenn am Ende des Supervisor-Wallboards
eine Tabelle der aktuellen Anrufe angezeigt werden soll.
Diese Einstellmöglichkeit steht nur zur Verfügung, wenn sie für Sie
konfiguriert wurde.

Superviseur de l'heure de début

Ici, vous pouvez ajuster la date des données à agréger indiquée dans le
tableau du Contrôleur (champ "Statistiques depuis"). Le paramètre que vous
sélectionnez ici deviendra le paramètre par défaut que le système utilisera
après la connexion. L'heure peut être modifiée en cours d'opération. Le
réglage par défaut est 00:00.

Montant of the panneau mural colonnes which can be used for each groupe.

Affichez les appels en cours sur le Wallboard.

Définissez cette option si un tableau des appels en cours doit être affiché à
la fin du tableau mural du superviseur.
