Support for Mini Client version 3.02 begins from portal version 3.22. If your portal version is below 3.22, the most recent version of Mini Client version 2 should be used. 

To find out your portal version, consult your system administrator or service provider.

System Administrators can find out the portal version as follows.

• Logged into the portal as a system administrator
• Navigate to "Menu → System Settings → Parameters"
• Insert "Portal.Version" into the filter
• The portal version is shown in the field "value"

It is important that drivers at the workstation (e.g. graphics card drivers) are kept up to date.
