The windows application integrates the JTEL Portal in the Microsoft Windows desktop. 

The application is a browser with limited functionality. Only the functionality of the upper panel is described here.

The context menu is not designed to be used by agents. It should be used only by JTEL personal to debug the applicationadministrators and jtel support staff to analyse the behaviour of the client, such as internet connectivity problems and compatability errors with the Microsoft .NET Framework.
