Introduction

ACD Group Parameters are used to alter the behaviour of an ACD group.

Parameters are used in certain use-cases, where a dedicated input field is not provided in the web applcation.

Currently, REST calls and REST functionality during the call flow is provided can be configured, giving the ability to trigger REST functions at certain points in the call flow. Functions can range from seding a GET request when a call transfer is made to an agent, to opening a crm url when a call is accepted by an agent.
