Client Master Data

The next step is to configure access to the CRM+ system in the jtel portal.

Access the Client Master Data settings, and switch to the tab CRM+.

The following data is required:

CRM+ URL

The URL of the CRM+ system including the suffix to the REST API.

For example: https://mycompany.brain-app.com/webservice.php

User NameThe user login name of the CRM+ account to be used by the jtel system.
