Contact lists can be mapped with a selected contact. Contact list do not affect ACD work and can be used by the client for their own purposes.

Choose System Settings - Client Lists in the main menu, to view the table of existing contact lists.

Use New in the toolbar to create a new contact list. Entries can be changed by selecting Edit in the Action column.

The following information are is provided to create a new contact list:

Name

The name of the contact list.

Activeenable the contact list by setting the button.
