The Mini Client download is provided through the jtel cdn.

Warning

Support for Mini Client version 3.02 begins from portal version 3.22. If your portal version is below 3.22, the most recent version of Mini Client version 2 should be used.

To find out your portal version, consult your system administrator or service provider.

System Administrators can find out the portal version as follows.

  • Logged into the portal as a system administrator
  • Navigate to "Menu → System Settings → Parameters"
  • Insert "Portal.Version" into the filter
  • The portal version is shown in the field "value"

Der Mini-Client-Download wird über das jtel cdn bereitgestellt.

Warning

Die Unterstützung für Mini-Client Version 3.02 beginnt ab Portalversion 3.22. Wenn Ihre Portalversion unter 3.22 liegt, sollte die neueste Version von Mini-Client Version 2 verwendet werden.

Um Ihre Portalversion zu erfahren, wenden Sie sich an Ihren Systemadministrator  oder Dienstleister.

Systemadministratoren können die Portalversion wie folgt herausfinden.

  • Als Systemadministrator am Portal angemeldet
  • Navigieren Sie zu "Menü → Systemeinstellungen → Parameter"
  • Fügen Sie "Portal.Version" in den Filter ein
  • Die Portalversion wird im Feld "Wert" angezeigt
