As a call center supervisor you can log on to the system using a user account.

Please note the comments regarding Roles and Rights and Login.

Enter the id of the client account (for example the name of your call center), your user id and password.

You will then see the home screen. The main menu on the left side of the screen is used to access important functions which have been assigned to your account.

Log out by using the Logout link.
