Up to jtel portal release 3.33 the Agent Home - Tab "Current CallsCall" looked as follows and was changed as of release 3.34 to a much more flexible and user definable layout.

The tab "Current Calls" provides a view of all calls in the ACD queue for groups in which the agent is a member. The agent can be a permanent, reserve, or read only member of the group.
Please note that this tab is named "Queue"
