Choose Messaging - SMTP in the main menu, to view the table of emails. These are emails, the system has sent, or attempted to send. You can, for example, correct the email address here.

Status

The current status of the message Already sent messages have the status
Archive. Those which are being sent, have the status Transport.

Date / Time

The date and time the email was created.

Sent

The date and time the email was sent.

Sender

The sender of the message If this field is empty, the system will use the
standard sender as defined in the client master data.

Recipient

The receiver of the message More than one addresses are separated
by commas.

Subject

The subject of the message.


Error

If an SMTP delivery error was detected, it will be noted here. Note, that
not all SMTP errors can be detected at the time of sending. If, for example,
an email address is basically correct, but contains a typo, this cannot be
detected when the message is sent.

In the column Action you can edit, delete, resend or download the first attachment of the mail. The function Resend can be used, after you have corrected an incorrect email address.
