To see the existing conferences in the system, choose Conference Server - Conferences in the main menu. To create a new conference, click on New in the toolbar. Alternatively, you can use the Conference Wizard.
Provide the data requested:

Name | Give the conference a name. |
Conference Model | Choose a conference model. Three models are provided: No PIN - conference determined from service number - Free PIN choice - conference contains multiple rooms - PIN Management - conference and role determined by PIN - |
After entry click on Save. You then proceed to the Edit window, where you can define further parameters for the conference.
