To see the existing conferences in the system, choose Conference Server - Conferences in the main menu. To create a new conference, click on New in the toolbar. Alternatively, you can use the  Conference Wizard.

Provide the data requested:

 ID

This number is automatically generated by the system when the conference is
saved.

Name

Give the conference a name.





Conference Model

Choose a conference model. Three models are provided:

No PIN - conference determined from service number -
One or more service numbers are used for the same conference, the role of the
participant may differ according to the service number dialled.

Free PIN choice - conference contains multiple rooms -
Participants enter a six digit PIN, all participants who dial the same number enter
the same conference room. The PINs can be freely chosen, and should be made
known to all participants of the same conference.
This model does not allow for the uploading of a presentation.

PIN Management - conference and role determined by PIN -
In Conference Server - Conference PINs, PINs are created, which allow access
to a particular conference room with a particular role.

After entry click on Save. You then proceed to the Edit window, where you can define further parameters for the conference.
