Proceed as follows:
- Choose Routing - Routing Applications in the menu. You will see a list of the routing applications present in the system.
- Choose New in the toolbar to create a new routing application.
- In the following for enter a nae for the application (for example IVR example), choose Network IVR as type, and give a name to the first application version, for example Version 1.
- Check the option Set Active.
- After entry click on Save.
After saving your configuration, you will be shown the Version-Control screen. Here, you can see all the changes that have been made, as well as switching the Versions from Not being active, into "Test" or "Active"
