acdb.dtQueueStart IS NOT NULL

acdb.dtAgentConnect IS NULL

(acdb.dtGroupEnd - acdb.dtQueueStart) < shortHangupsQueueTimeLimit

The total number of inbound calls that entered the queue of an ACD group within a particular time slice and ended before the defined shortHangupsQueueTimeLimit.
