This report displays incoming emails and their values for each incoming mailbox. The report is structured in the style of the itemized bill of lading.
Settings of the report
In addition to the standard settings "Output format" and "Period", the following additional settings are available

| Inbox received | Time at which the event was received in the inbox |
| Entry into ACD group | Time at which the event was received in the ACD group after it was qualified and distributed by the Inbox |
| Delivery Agent | Time at which the event was distributed to an agent |
| Answer Agent | Time at which the agent sent a response to the event |
| Agent Forwarding | Time at which the agent forwarded the event, followed by the agent to which the event was forwarded |
| Group Forwarding | Time at which the agent forwarded the event, followed by the group to which the event was forwarded |
| Reference to file | Name of the e-mail file located in the data directory |
