To use Elevenlabs TTS, you need to configure some parameters for your API key and account, and also create voices for the elevenlabs TTS.
Voices
We recommend that you browse the voices in Elevenlabs from your account as there are simply too many to import into the portal.
Once you have chosen a voice, login as system administrator and create the TTS voice using . Provide the following information:

| Sex | Setup whether this voice is male or female. | |
| Speaker Name | Elevenlabs V3 Ellen | Give the voice a descriptive name. This is what you will see in the portal when you use the voice, for example in the dropdown menus in the IVR for the selection of the TTS voice. |
| CloudTTSEngine Name | <voice_id>_<model>_Elevenlabs | Copy the voice ID from your elevenlabs account. This can be located in a list of voices as shown in this screenshot and selecting "Copy Voice ID": For v2 voices to use the v2 model, use eleven_multilingual_v2 for the model. For v3 voices use eleven_v3. For example:
