Instructions

  1. Log In an agent to the group configured in the inbox - Make sure this agent can receive mails
  2. Send an email to the inbox
  3. Agent receives email and can open it
  4. agent presses on "Download" to download the .eml file
  5. agent opens the mail with Outlook 2016 and answers
  6. The customer or testuser receives the answer
