As system administrator, there are two different ways to edit the system administrator's user data:
Option 1: Select the menu item User data - User via the menu.
Option 2: Via the tile User
The system administrator's record is displayed. The Edit action button is also displayed. When the Edit action is selected, the following fields can be changed.

Security Group | The rights assigned to the account. This determines what functions will be accessible by the account. By default User is selected. You can, however, select another group if the user is to be given different access rights. |
LDAP User Name | If you indicate an equivalent configured LDAP server here, all users with an LDAP account can be authenticated by the server when they login to the portal or use the SOAP interface. |

Pager Rows : | Number of pager lines in the Agent and Supervisor menu |
Supervisor Service Level (s) : | Standard for the Supervisor Service Level parameter. |
Supervisor Short Hangups (s) : | Default setting for the Supervisor short feeder parameter |
Supervisor Service Quota (%) : | Default value for the Supervisor Service Quota parameterote |
Supervisor Start Time (hh:mm) : | Here you can set the date of the data to be integrated and displayed in the supervisor's table ("Statistics since" field). The setting you select here will be the default setting that the system uses uses after logging on. The time can be changed during operation. The default setting is 00:00. |
Supervisor Graph Interval (min) : | Default setting for the Supervisor Graph Interval parameter. |
Supervisor Zoom | Supervisor zoom parameters. |
Number of Wallboard Columns | Number of wallboard columns that can be used for each group. |
Finally, the password can be set again via the Set new password button.
The entry of the new password must be repeated and saved for the change to become active.
