The following describes the jtel Cloud TTS integration with the jtel Portal.
This installation requires a licence for jtel Cloud TTS.
Creating a TTS account on the jtel cloud TTS server
jtel will create an account after your TTS license has been purchased. |
To access the jtel Cloud TTS services, the jtel webservers must be able to reach cloudtts.jtel.de via https port 443.
Optionally, a proxy can be configured to access cloudtts.jtel.de.
The proxy settings can be found as sysadmin in the parameters.
The parameters are as follows:

After your jtel Cloud TTS account has been created, you will be provided with the accounts password and the jtel Cloud TTS secret Hash value. Save this information in a secure place.
The TTS-Password is now configured in the clients master data at the tab 'REST'. For further information, please visit this page.
As sysadmin, the jtel Cloud TTS secret Hash is now configured in the field 'value' at parameter 'TTS.Cloud.Authorization'. For futher information about system administration, please visit this page.
Depending on the type of license, the TTS engines either have to be created manually, or will be imported automatically. When using jtel Cloud TTS with Azure TSS Service integration, the import will happen automatically. When using jtel Cloud TTS with CereProc, the configuration is done by hand. The following resources should be configured for all relevant security groups:

Create a new prompt, and an empty file in the prompt in the appropriate language. Once it is created, when using the Edit function, TTS may be specified. For futher information, visit this page.
