Introduction
This page provides additional information regarding the behavior and possible configuration of the jtel ACD when the Starface PBX is being used. The configuration is found in the jtel ACD parameters as sysadmin.
jtel Starface System Parameters

3 | Portal.WebServices.Starface.IgnoreUserStatus | 1 | Set this, if login status messages from the STARFACE should be ignored. |
4 | Portal.WebServices.Starface.SessionExpireSeconds | 300 | The number of seconds until the STARFACE external session expires. |
5 | Portal.WebServices.Starface.UserPasswordSetUID | 1 | Set this to 1, if when a user is created, the password should be set to the UID syncrhonised from the STARFACE. If unset (0) a random password is set which must be changed manually by the administrator. |
Behavior, Use Cases and Examples
Changes for example in the Starface User Configuration will cause an Update-User Event to be sent to the jtel Starface Connector by Starface.
Following is a table describing some of the possible cases and their effect corresponding to a Case ID in the table above, if a CaseID is relevant to the case. Some cases do not correspond to a Case ID above, because none of the parameters influence the outcome of the case.
