Description

This report contains aggregated data for outbound calls made from the selected dialler campaigns automatically (prview mode) or manually (CTI / manual mode) over the time period and granularity chosendata about the different browser sessions in which eacht selected agent was logged in, when did the sesssions started and ended, how long each session last, the number of incoming calls connected the agent during each session, the total duration of these calls and the availability of the agent during each session. The data are aggregated over agent then over opened sessions.

Call Attempts  

The total number of calls initiated in the current dialler campaign over the selected granularity and within a particular time slice.

Call Attempts - Connected

The total number of call successfully connected to the destination in the current dialler campaign over the time period and granularity chosen.

Call Attempts  - No Answer

The total number of calls initiated in the current dialler campaign over the time period and granularity chosen and that were notsuccessufully connected because the destination did not answer.

SUM( nTriesNoAnswer )

Call Attempts - Busy

The total number of calls initiated in the current dialler campaign over the time period and granularity chosen and that were not successfully connected because the destination was busy.

Call Attempts - Invalid

The total number of calls initiated in the current dialler campaign over the time periode and granularity chose and that was not connected because the destination number was either unallocated (unassigned) or the destination rejected the call of the destinaion number format is invalid

The total number of call initiated in the current dialler campaign over the time period and granularity chosen and that  were not successlly connected because the outdial was aborted.

The total number of call successfully connected to the current agent in the current session over the time period chosen.
