Introduction

This menu item serves to facilitate the login for employees with alternating workstations and to ensure that the employee is logged in with the correct telephone set when logging in.

By assigning the IP address and the computer name to the telephone number as well as the determined user name of the user who is logged on to the workstation, the assignment to the employee / agent is done automatically.

This eliminates the need to enter the phone number in the Communication tab during user administration, allowing the user to freely change workstations.

Note: this feature requires the use of the MiniClient .EXE, which is capable of determining the local IP address and workstation name. This will not work when using a browser alone. The mini client .EXE must be configured accordingling. See also Automatic login with Mini-Client and Workstation Name.

Editing Workstations

The workstations are configured as client administrators under the menu System Settings ... Workstations.

The following parameters are provided:

Computer Name

The computer name of the computer is entered. This can be determined in Windows on a command line (enter SET, setting COMPUTERNAME), or in the Control Panel.
IP Address

The IP address of the computer is entered. Note: it is important that the assignment is done by a DHCP reservation, or is static.

Telephone Number

The phone number of the physical device to which the workstation is physically assigned is entered.

CommentHere, for example, an entry can be made for the location of the computer if there are several locations, rooms, home offices, etc.

Note: It is imperative to inform the administrator in case new workstations must be created, or relocation of workstations must be made.

Einführung

Dieser Menüpunkt dient dazu, die Anmeldung für Mitarbeiter mit wechselnden Arbeitsplätzen zu erleichtern und sicher zu stellen, dass der Mitarbeiter beim Einloggen auch mit dem richtigen Telefonapparat angemeldet ist.

Durch die Zuordnung der IP-Adresse und des Computernamens zur Telefonnummer sowie der ermittelte Benutername des Users der an der Workstation angemeldet ist, erfolgt automatisch die Zuordnung zum Mitarbeiter / Agent.

Dadurch entfällt bei der Administration des Benutzers der Eintrag der Telefonnummer im Reiter Kommunikation, somit kann der Benutzer frei die Arbeitsplätze wechseln.

Hinweis: Diese Funktion erfordert die Verwendung des MiniClient .EXE, der in der Lage ist, die lokale IP-Adresse und den Namen der Arbeitsstation zu ermitteln. Dies funktioniert nicht, wenn nur ein Browser verwendet wird. Der MiniClient .EXE muss entsprechend konfiguriert werden. Siehe auch Automatic login with Mini-Client and Workstation Name.

Bearbeitung von Workstations

Die Workstations werden als Client-Administrator unter dem Menü Systemeinstellungen ... Workstations eingetragen.

Die folgenden Parameter werden zur Verfügung gestellt:

Der Computername des Rechners wird eingetragen. Dies kann in Windows in einer Kommandozeile ermittelt werden (SET eingeben, Einstellung COMPUTERNAME), oder in der Systemsteuerung.
IP-Adresse

Die IP-Adresse des Rechners wird eingetragen. Hinweis: es ist hier wichtig dass die Zuordnung durch eine DHCP Reservierung erfolgt, oder statisch ist.

Telefonnummer

Die Telefonnummer des physikalischen Apparates wird eingetragen, der den Arbeitsplatz physikalisch zugeordnet ist.

KommentarHier kann z.B. eine Eintragung zum Standort des Rechners erfolgen, wenn es mehrere Standorte, Räume, Homeofficeplätze etc. pp. gibt.

Hinweis: Hier ist zwingend zu beachten, dass bei neuen Arbeitsplätzen oder Umzügen von Arbeitsplätzen ein Hinweis an den Administrator erfolgen muss, damit die Zuordnung entsprechend angepasst wird.

Introduction

Édition de postes de travail

Les postes de travail sont configurés en tant qu'administrateurs clients sous le menu Paramètres du système ... Postes de travail.
