This function is used to retrieve lists With this function you can automatically import data from an FTP server , and import these to the system automaticallyas lists into the system, e.g. CSV files from a customer. The import size is limited to 500 records per file. In order to import larger amounts of data, they must be broken down into files with less than or equal to 500 entries. The FTP server is checked every 30 to 60 minutes. If a new file is found, this is uploaded and imported. You can define whether the existing list should be overwritten or not. Choose in the main menu, to view the table of existing import jobs. Use in the toolbar to create a further job. Entries can be changed by selecting in the column. Provide the following information: Name | The name of this FTP List Import job | FTP Folder | The folder on the FTP server to which the file should be saved. After FTP
login, and a change of folder to the standard FTP directory specified in the
FTP server settings, the system changes to this directory. | FTP File Name | The name of the file on the FTP server which should be imported. If this file
exists, then it is downloaded. | List | Choose a list, into which the data should be imported. | Minimum Count for Imported Records | This specifies the minimum number of records to be imported otherwise the
file will not be processed. If this counter is underrun, the file will not be imported. | Overwrite List | Select this option to replace the complete existing list by the imported list | Overwrite Duplicates | Choose this option to overwrite duplicate list entries | Email Confirmation | Select an email address to which a confirmation will be sent every time an
import job is executed. | SFTP | Select this option, if the secure FTP protocol should be used. |
The FTP upload works according to the following algorithm: - Login to FTP server
- Check if file exists If not, logout
- Download file (copy 1)
- Download file (copy 2)
- Compare copy 1 and copy 2 Only if these are identical, proceed.
This step prevents files from being downloaded from the FTP server which are only half written or in the process of being provided. If the second copy is identical, then the system knows the file has not changed and was not accessed during download. - Check import records

Mit dieser Funktion können sie automatisiert Daten von eines FTP-Servern Servers als Listen in das System importieren, z.B. CSV-Dateien eines Kunden. Die Importgröße ist beschränkt auf 500 Datensätze pro Datei. Um größere Mengen an Daten zu importieren müssen diese in Dateien mit weniger oder gleich 500 Einträgen zerlegt werden. Der angegebene FTP-Server wird ca. alle 30 bis 60 Minuten geprüft. Wenn eine neue Datei vorliegt, wird diese hochgeladen. Sie können bestimmen, ob die Liste überschrieben werden soll oder nicht. Wählen Sie im Hauptmenü, um die Tabelle der FTP-Uploads zu sehen. Mit in der Toolbar können Sie eine weiteres Upload definieren. In der Spalte können Sie diese Angaben mit ändern. Der FTP-Upload funktioniert nach folgendem Schema: - FTP-Login
- Prüfen ob Datei vorhanden. Wenn nicht, abmelden.
- Datei herunterladen (Kopie 1)
- Datei erneut herunterladen (Kopie 2)
- Kopie 1 und Kopie 2 vergleichen. Nur wenn sie identisch sind, wird fortgefahren.
Dieser Schritt verhindert, dass der FTP-Server auf halb kopierte Dateien zugreift und diese bereitstellt. Nur wenn die Datei unverändert ist, ist sichergestellt, dass auf die Datei während des Downloads nicht zugegriffen wurde. - Datensätze zum Importieren prüfen

Cette fonction permet de récupérer des listes à partir d'un serveur FTP et de les importer automatiquement dans le système. Le serveur FTP est vérifié toutes les 30 à 60 minutes. Si un nouveau fichier est trouvé, il est téléchargé et importé. Vous pouvez définir si la liste existante doit être écrasée ou non. Choisissez dans le menu principal, pour consulter le tableau des jobs d'importation existants. Utilisez dans la barre d'outils pour créer un nouvel emploi. Le téléchargement FTP fonctionne selon l'algorithme suivant :
- Connexion au serveur FTP
- Vérifiez si le fichier existe Sinon, déconnectez-vous
- Télécharger le fichier (copie 1)
- Télécharger le fichier (copie 2)
- Comparez les copies 1 et 2 Seulement si elles sont identiques, continuez.
Cette étape empêche le téléchargement de fichiers du serveur FTP qui ne sont qu'à moitié écrits ou en cours de fourniture. Si la deuxième copie est identique, le système sait que le fichier n'a pas été modifié et n'a pas été consulté pendant le téléchargement. - Vérifier les registres d'importation
