Using the Number Management menu and the Country Code submenu, system administrators can view all country codes that are entered in the system. The country codes can be used to make routing decisions. For example, different languages can be set for the announcements based on a country code.
As a system administrator, you have the option of viewing all country phone numbers in the system under the Menu Phone number management and the submenuCountry code, which can be used to automatically route a call. With the filter feature, you have the option of searching for specific phone numbers.
