Presence connectors are used to connect the Jtel system to other communications systems, for example, PBX Systems or Collaboration Systems such as Microsoft Teams, to provide various functions to the Jtel system.

As system administrator, you can create, edit and delete a presence connector.

The activation or deactivation of a presence connector is only possible by a system administrator.

Presence Connectors: Creation and Editing

Service numbers are created using the menu option Number Management ... Service Numbers, and using the New option.

Note: once a service number is configured, the platform destination, reseller and client association cannot be changed

Choose System Settings - Presence Connectors, in the main menu, to view the table of presence connectors.

FieldDescription
NameThe name of the presence connector. You could also enable or disable the presence connector by pressing on the red or green button.
TypeThe type of the presence connector.
Reseller UIDUID of the reseller in which the presence connector is created.
ResellerThe reseller in which the presence connector is created.
Client UIDUID of the client in which the presence connector is created.
ClientThe client in which the presence connector is created.
ActionEdit or delete a specific presence connector.

Use New in the toolbar to create a new presence connector. Provide the following information:

NameThe name of the new presence connector.
TypeThe type of the new presence connector.
ResellerThe reseller in which the presence connector will be created.
ClientThe client in which the presence connector will be created.

Then Press Save and Continue to complete the xml configuration.
