The Jtel ACD can be integrated with SAP Cloud by configuring Widget Integration in SAP and the REST API endpoints in Jtel.

The following functionality is available:

• Jtel MiniClient Widget (iframe) is displayed in the SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C): Full MiniClient functionalities are preserved.
• Click to dial from any record in SAP.
  • Verification of the request, and changing the signalled outbound calling number can be performed using a REST API.
• On an incoming call, the corresponding record in SAP (Customer Sales Data ...) can be searched for in the IVR using a REST API in SAP.
  • The information found can be used to influence the routing in the IVR and ACD. 
  • Automatic screen pop of records is provided in SAP C4C.

L'ACD jtel peut être intégré à SAP en configurant l'intégration des widgets dans SAP et les points d'extrémité de l'API REST dans jtel.

La fonctionnalité suivante est disponible :

• Le widget jtel MiniClient (iframe) s'affiche dans SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C): les fonctionnalités complètes du MiniClient sont conservées.
• Cliquez pour composer à partir de n'importe quel enregistrement dans SAP.
  • La vérification de la demande et la modification du numéro d'appel sortant signalé peuvent être effectuées à l'aide d'une API REST.
• Lors d'un appel entrant, l'enregistrement correspondant dans SAP (Customer Sales Data ...) peut être recherché dans le IVR à l'aide d'une API REST dans SAP.
  • Les informations trouvées peuvent être utilisées pour influencer le routage dans l'IVR et l'ACD. 
  • Le SAP C4C fournit un aperçu automatique des enregistrements.
