To setup the ACD optimally using rules, it is useful to analyse the operation of the call center. This applies particularly to the call flow, the route that calls take through the call center.

Choose Logging - Call Log in the main menu. The table shows data to all calls made to the system. The system standard setting is to log information on all calls.
